It feels stable with those weights but I haven’t tried anything higher! **Q: Is the pass soft enough to do heavy hip thrusts without a it hurting?** A: Yes! It has a nice thickness to it that is soft enough to not hurt but firm enough that it doesn’t swish down too much. My only thing is tat it comes with straps to attach it to the bar since it has a slit length wise to get it on and off the bar. Make sure you strap it on or the bar can go through it and it hurts! I had it happen while I was doing squats and had a bruise and some scrapes across my shoulders from the bar hitting me.
