For one vitamin that I need in the AM that does not fit with my other meds I just put it in the lunch spot. It does the job for now, but It definitely won't last long.PROS:*You can take a whole days meds with you.*Small & compact*Each day is a different color (Easy to see when your not awake in the AM)CONS:*Each section is terribly hard to open*Each section is very hard to close*Lids don't stay closed, (I put Tuesday's meds in my purse and AM and Bedtime opened spilling my meds throughout my purse.*Each Pill spot is too small to put more than a few small round pills.
