I apply it morning and right before bed. I noticed a subtle difference within two weeks, by the 6-8 week period the difference was remarkable. Fine blood vessels have disappeared. Redness has faded around my nose, cheeks and chin. Even the papules from my rosacea have shrunk as have my skin pores. This has really worked for me and I'm ordering my second tube. The 2oz size lasted about 2 1/2 months used twice daily. Frankly, I'm amazed that a product that has worked this well is OTC. I am so happy with the results.
