Within the first two weeks I noticed several issues that were disturbing. The item is so heavy that the umbrella frame that I had would not properly support it, but I could live with that, and maybe even I could trim the edges . But before I could do this, I noticed that my seat cushions were being dripped with color from, what apparently was dye. Also I noticed mold growing all over it. Of course it was not water-proof, so when it rains, the roof would not protect from the water. If that was not enough to discourage me, the grass was dangerous hanging down at eye level. I decided that before I had a lawsuit for blinding someone, I had better remove it and find another one that would prove to be better all around for me. I then contacted the seller within the first 30 days, to see about returning the item and was told that, since my husband had thrown away the original packaging, it could not be returned. They said to bleach the stains, but since I had custom fabric, I decided that this might not be such a great idea. I went to Costco and bought another light-weight plastic one that protects from rain, won't blind anyone, and doesn't leave dye my new cushions.. The whole thing is falling apart in the middle and bottom it's coming undone and the worse part is at the top the small hole for the umbrella gas gotting so bad and become so undone it will no longer hold the umbrella. It just falls through. I spend a lot of money on the idea. Have have taken very good care of it. I never left it out in the elements or when it was going to rain.
