The energy buzz came on a little quicker and more intense than the green tea, matcha mix but sustained just as well. I also usually take nootropics and found that this product gave me the same level of focus. I am quite caffeine sensitive and will likely use on alternate days with my usual beverage, though I did not feel jittery like I do if I have too much caffeine.
