Make It in Clay: A Beginner's Guide to Ceramics

The media could not be loaded.  Likes: Needed for a class and received in good to fair condition in 4 days. Pages inside are clean. No fingerprints , no margin writings. Like never opened.Dislike: 1) book binding cracked, damaged. I will put string in holes so pages don't fall out. 2)Price was cheaper than college book store. 3) Book 2nd Edition copy right is 2001 and type seems faded while pages are buff color...(from age?) Noones fault...just an old book.

This book is in great shape and worth the cost. This is a great intro to ceramics as well as a reference. I gave it 4 stars because the plastic binding got cracked at one end. This book needed a box not an envelop for mailing. I can replace the binding.

Make it in Clay is an inspiring book that is useful for both beginners and advanced with lots of how to info. I found some of the work to shake up my tired ideas a bit.
