The quality is very good! My last one lasted for years until I felt like I just wanted to get a new one to get a new one lol. It was pretty sharp and good grip/size for woman like me, who has small hands. The knife wasn’t heavy either!! I hope this will never be discontinued!! Also, this brand is pretty famous in China.

The knife is perfect size for my hand and fits well when I hold it for cutting. Plus it's very light and sharp. It excels in chopping both vegetables and meat. I use it almost everyday and very happy with this knife.

As an immigrant from China, I was already familiar with SHI BA ZI ZUO – it's a very popular and well-known knife brand there. I've been using this particular Chinese slicer cleaver daily for two full years now (since around May 2023), and it has been completely reliable with absolutely no problems. It holds an edge reasonably well for everyday cooking; I typically give it a quick sharpening about once a week to keep it performing optimally. A bonus for me is that I've found it handles being washed in the dishwasher just fine, which simplifies cleanup. If you're looking for a dependable, workhorse Chinese-style slicer that can stand up to constant use, this one has been excellent for me.

Good, sharp blade. Not very thick so not for cutting through thick bone but very effective for whole chicken butchering or beef and pork ribs.

Very sharp. Works well if used as intended, which is for cutting up vegetables and meat. This is NOT a cleaver! Cleavers are designed to chop stuff up, and this is both too think for chopping and not designed for that to begin with. This is for controlled cutting up of lots of vegetables and other stir-fry stuff and it does a great job. You can rest your knuckles against the side of the blade and, if you understand proper cutting technique, go through plenty of carrots, celery, etc., without getting any of yourself in the dish, if you know what I mean. Good tool!

This light and sharp knife is perfect for daily use and makes it easy to cut vegetables or meat into thin slices. The blade stays sharp for weeks before needing to be sharpened, and sharpening it only takes seconds. However, keep in mind that this light-duty cutlery is not designed for cutting through bone.

Best Kinfe forever!

I've had this knife for just over a year now, and never cease to be impressed with it. I've gone from hating chopping vegetables and slicing meats to making stir fries several times a week because the preparation is so easy with this knife. I have small hands and am generally intimidated by larger knives, but this one fits my hand perfectly and the weight of it is enough to making chopping easy while still feeling comfortable. I'm thinking of buying another one so that I don't have to share it when cooking with other people, because everyone who tries it loves it just as much as I do. After a year of constant use, the blade is still sharp enough to cut sweet potatoes with ease. It washes up nicely and dries spot-free with a towel, and looks pretty as well as being the one of the most useful things in my kitchen.

Jakość wykonania bardzo przeciętna, widać że ilość produkcji jest tu najważniejsza, jakość jest na drugim miejscu. Jak będzie sprawował się w użytkowaniu, zobaczę po pewnym czasie. Sharp, well-balanced. Nice, but in the details you can see that it's a mass production. Blunt edges unsanded, protruding rivets with sharp edges on the handle. The quality of workmanship is very average, you can see that the amount of production is the most important thing here, quality is in second place. I'll see how it will perform in use after some time.

We have a lot of expensive knives and decided to try this one because of the reasonable price. It is very close to being as good as our expensive knives. It is razor sharp and well made. We are very impressed with this knife!

I am very happy with this knife. I have a larger Chinese kitchen knife that I enjoy using but I really enjoy using this smaller knife for food preparation as I find it very useful for all round daily us . It’s very light and nimble in the hand and easy to use. The knife can very sharp out of the box it cuts very cleanly as if through butter. I look’s good also and same as advertised. The company service was very good and delivery was speedy. I would recommend this knife to anyone looking for a a small versatile Chinese chef knife and would also be happy to recommend this company . Excellent value for money..
