Little Sleepy Head Pillow

This is absolutely the best pillow, and the best COMPANY I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. In this day and age of computers, internet, and auto-responses, what a wonderful surprise it was to be able to contact the company and - not only get a timely response - but get a person within the company who could help me with all my needs SWIFTLY and courteously. I bought this pillow because I have a degenerative connective tissue disorder and I have to support my neck at all times - even when I'm sitting or lying down. But when I received it, although it was an awesome (hypoallergenic, soft, wonderful) pillow, it was just a little bit too fluffy for my needs. I contacted the company and asked about a special order, because I'd read where other customers had truly phenomenal experiences when contacting the company and asking for help. I sent a message here on Amazon and offered to buy a second pillow, but asked that it please be made to order with less fill. Instead of receiving an invoice or instructions on how to repurchase, I was sent another pillow, FREE OF CHARGE, made special-order to my specifications, with emails updating me throughout the entire process, and with a "thank you" note, personally signed and authored by Chris, at the Little Sleepy Head company headquarters, telling me he appreciated my business. Wow. You just don't get that ANYWHERE anymore. I have recently been fighting with my cable company, spending months and hours on the phone trying to get them to come out and fix their equipment, with NO relief, and I pay them $160 a month!!! You can't even get good customer service for something that runs 25% of your monthly mortgage each month, and yet - for a purchase that was relatively small with this pillow here - I received the best customer service I've ever had in my entire life. I am in the process of placing another order for my daughter - and will do so again for all of my pillow needs for the rest of my life. Please be advised, if you purchase this item, you will get the best, most personalized customer service available in the world market today. Hands-down, the BEST!!! As far as the product goes, both the original pillow and the special order pillow are so awesome. They are AS COMFORTABLE and AS SOFT and yet SUPPORTIVE as my 100% Down Pillow (which cost three times as much). This pillow is awesome for adults (as well as children), providing just the right amount of support and cushion. You can absolutely tell that it's hypoallergenic, and that it hasn't been doused with heavy chemicals. It is the ONLY pillow you'd need for travel, for sleep, for chillin' on the couch. Extremely portable (you can shove it into a large purse if you're traveling with it), and perfect for daily use, I could not rate this pillow any higher as the best toddler/child/adult pillow on the market today. The cover is breathable and soft, and it is truly a joy to use. You can't go wrong! AAA+++

I wish these pillows were made in a standard size. I would use them if I could. They are amazing and perfect for your little one. My daughter was constantly picking up colds at daycare and the Dr. suggested we get her a pillow at 18 months to help with the congestion at night. We originally purchased another top rated toddler pillow on amazon and she hated it. It was hard memory foam and I thought very tall for a little kid, and my 18 month old was not a little kid. She was already in size 3T clothes and 99% for height and weight. I found this pillow and she immediately fell in love with it. It is great quality, easy cleaning and the perfect size in a crib. I was never concerned that it would pose a suffocation risk because it's such a good, small size and light enough that she can easily move it and can't get tangled in it. Further, the owner is amazing and very responsive with any questions you might have. I contacted him earlier today to see if they sold anything larger and he immediately responded and directed me to their youth pillows (available directly on their website). We are moving the now 2 year old to a twin bed for safety reasons because she's too big for a crib (wearing 4T and over 3 feet tall and yes she just turned 2 a few weeks ago) and the toddler pillow will be too small when she moves. So, I'm very excited for her to use their youth pillow which I hope she enjoys just as much as this toddler pillow.

I recant my original post. Customer service rocks. After writing this review I received a response from the company. Original email I sent a year ago (along with pics) must have been lost or didn't send. Well even after a year they wanting to make things right. Sent me two less fill pillows at no charge to me. I'm very happy about this! I posted a picture to show why even after a year I would complain about the filling. I don't see what other reviewers are talking about when they say the fluff bunches or flattens over time. Ours have kept very well after many washes. Our twin girl has GERDS so trust me when I say these pillows have been through many washes. Thank you for reading this and I would recommend this product to anyone in the market for a quality toddler sized pillow! Original post: Well I've had this pillow for a year now. There are some pros and cons. Pros: These pillows hold up well after many washes. They are a great size for toddlers. Twins didn't care for them at first but have used them in the past 6 months to wedge their heads against or hold towards their belly. So basically my kids approve but it took a while of finding them on the floor before any progress was seen. Cons: price is a bit high but the quality does make it worth it if you do end up getting use out of these. Other pillow cases though would not fit these pillows well. We ended up having to buy the pillow cases provided by this company. Lots of stuffing. I went with this company because it was stated by the reviewers and company that they backed their product. Supposedly if you aren't 100% satisfied they would make it right. I did receive a email enquiry by the company shortly after our purchase. Though when I complained about the amount of stuffing I received no response back. Not too impressed with customer service... should have at least responded back.
