Review: Excellent format, excellent book - I used this book in a one semester course for a small group of homeschooled high schoolers that I was asked to teach. I'm a licensed counselor and marriage and family therapist, and I found the information well-researched, extremely well formatted and written and a complete joy to teach from. I used the Teacher's edition and would definitely order that one if you are going to teach from it. It's just so much easier when your time is short. I supplemented with my own online sources but there are more than enough recommendations in the book for supplementation. I consider it a first year college level text. I would use it again without question. I loved this book.

I used this book in a one semester course for a small group of homeschooled high schoolers that I was asked to teach. I'm a licensed counselor and marriage and family therapist, and I found the information well-researched, extremely well formatted and written and a complete joy to teach from. I used the Teacher's edition and would definitely order that one if you are going to teach from it. It's just so much easier when your time is short. I supplemented with my own online sources but there are more than enough recommendations in the book for supplementation. I consider it a first year college level text. I would use it again without question. I loved this book.
