I had to modify the Iron Gym to make it fit the same doorframe, so this is great. I managed to fit 8 climbing holds on the bar with the smallest wooden size. 2 crimps, 2 buckets, 2 slopers, and 2 half-domes (only 6 holds in the attached picture).The negative, is that the assembly instructions are not in the box. After searching online, it came up in Amazon reviews that the instructions are online. The seller doesn't have the smarts to provide a link to the assembly instructions from Amazon's site. Downloading the instructions from their website was slow and took over 10 minutes on my fast 100mbps broadband connection. The instructions are poor, and they could learn from reviewing Lego, or Ikea instructions for assembly. It's unclear which bolts go where. Iron gym has a foam pad to protect the wall where the bar hooks above the door frame, however this product has a plywood piece with no protection for the wall. I had to add a strip of foam to protect the wall and door frame.Sadly the bars flex a lot, with weight on them, much more than the Iron Gym cheapy bars do. I'm not heavy, at around 65kg. You can't use the bar to move from hold to hold while hanging as it flexes and moves too much.It's rather expensive for what you get. I'm disappointed at the cost / performance of this product. ### ⭐ Returned; *by B***E on Reviewed in the United States on March 23, 2016* Ended up returning. Not only did the item lack instructions, but when I looked them up online ([...]), things did not match up. The board I received was not the same quality I saw in the instructional photos.
