What I do and have been doing for many years is opening up a capsule, pouring it into a pint bottle of water, tea or juice, and drinking throughout whatever activity I'm doing. It works like an EXCELLENT energy drink like that. It never makes me jittery. It keeps me happy throughout a workout, and keeps me alive and kicking during late night performances (I'm a musician). I cannot stress enough that you won't get the full effects of this supplement without anabolic activity within an hour or so of taking it. Otherwise it will behave like cheap caffeine pills and you'll probably feel pretty crappy. The three herbal additives, cassia, guggul and willow bark are not just woo-woo garbage. When combined with anabolic (tissue-building, so, HIIT, endurance cardio, strength/mobility/yoga) activity the active chemicals react with existing metabolic processes at work in your body to not only improve your workout, but actually sustain your energy to euphoric, amphetamine-like levels, naturally, for hours. My routine is as follows: The magic routine: Take 1 Stacker 2, 1 B-12 50 supplement, and 1 Vitamin D 5000 IU supplement, *with a protein shake, 15-20g+ protein preferably AND CARBS) Don't skip the carbs and protein here! Your body is going to need those to kickstart the anabolic process. You will know if you failed at this if your sweat smells like ammonia after your workout and/or if your urine is bright yellow for most of the day. That means you burned aminos instead of sugars, and wasted those B vitamins which is a no-no, that will keep you from making lean muscle (including heart strength) gains. If you pee bright once and you're good after that, don't worry. The ammonia is a dead giveaway. Within an hour of ingesting all that, do 30 mins of any of those above exercise activities I mentioned.
