I contacted the supplier on different occasions to try to resolve the hardware installation issue but I never received a response to the issue. I asked them if they can suggest compatible Bluetooth keyboard, mouse and speakers for the mini pc but got a poor response such as only "YES". They did not offer any model or ASIN to order the parts. The customer service is useless.Order at your own risk because the screws to attach the VESA bracket to the mini pc does not fit and the screw size is not written in anywhere, even on the web.I have to order more but I will definitely find a new supplier. ### ⭐ Does not work. *by D***D on Reviewed in Canada on July 13, 2020* Computer faulty,I had a look through the forums.
