It's written from Eva Levante's perspective so it has adorable flavor texts for each recipe. The book is sectioned by "destination/time of year" rather than type of dish. The recipes are fairly unique in terms of style of cuisine, with every other destination being paired with an NPC or two whom one would associate with that destination and cuisine. For example, "EDZ: Trostland" has German and French based dishes like homemade Pretzels, Schnitzel, Potato Salad, Braised Red Cabbage and Apples, French Onion Soup, and a ham/gruyere sandwich based on Le Monarche. Le Monarche was the first recipe I made from the book and it turned out phenomenal; the recipe directed me to even make my own roux to form the sauce. The book itself is well-bound with a very sturdy hard cover with thick, glossy pages with the beautiful art of Destiny baked in (pun intended ;D). It also did include a code for the in-game emblem.
