Good connectors and rubber cable material. I bought this cable to use with my Bose QC 35 II headphones and it works. I use the built in mic for voice chat on my PS4, but unfortunately it has a low input gain (low volume, others cannot hear me well even though I've boosted it). I tried another brand cable before this and the mic volume was even lower, so this one was an improvement. I think this style of mic just isn't the best for PS4. The only difference I noticed was the clearance between the plug on the left side of the headphones and the barrel around the connector. It is pretty tight, but I don't see it being a problem now or in the future. If this kind of thing makes you uncomfortable you may want to reconsider. Otherwise, I have been using this cable on meetings, the integrated mic is nice for that.
