I am extremely picky about hand cream. I hate greasy residue, I hate strong scents, and I hate that feeling like I need to wipe my hands on my jeans after applying lotion. This duo somehow fixes all of that. Texture: The day and night creams have slightly different textures, and both are excellent. Day cream: Dries almost instantly and has ZERO greasy feel. If you’re someone who normally avoids hand cream because of the texture—this is the one that will convert you. You can put it on and immediately go back to whatever you were doing without slippery hands. Night cream: A bit more liquidy and moisturizing, with a very light lotion feel. Even so, it still absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave that gross, sticky residue most lotions do. Scent: Day cream: Basically unscented. It’s not 1000% scent-free, but it’s close enough that you’ll never notice it. Night cream: A soft, subtle lavender scent. Not overpowering, not perfume-y—just a gentle hint that’s actually relaxing and perfect for bedtime. Effectiveness: This stuff actually WORKS. My dad hates hand cream with a passion, but his hands get extremely dry and cracked from constant yard work. This is the only cream he’ll use because it doesn’t feel greasy—and it genuinely heals his hands fast. I also tested it in the harshest conditions: Syracuse, NY in January. It’s DRY dry up there, and this cream was my absolute saving grace. Cracked skin, gone. Painful dryness, gone. Bottom line: If you have dry, cracked hands and hate the feel of lotion, buy this. If you don’t hate lotion, still buy this. It absorbs fast, smells great (or barely at all), and actually fixes your hands instead of just temporarily coating them. Total holy-grail product. This night treatment cream is wonderful! It helps so much with dry, chapped and cracked hands. I also use it on my legs and arms, both day and night. It makes your skin really soft. It is thinner than the regular Working Hands cream so it a whole lot easier to apply. It goes on very smoothly and absorbs quickly. Some reviews state that it is unscented. This is not the case. It has a mild lavender scent that probably comes from the lavender oil that's added. It is listed in the ingredients. I highly recommend it if you can tolerate the lavender scent. As I mentioned already, the scent is pretty mild and isn't a problem for me.

We have used O'keefe's paste type for years. I didn't think there would be much difference in the night time formula but it really made a difference in my hands. I saw the effects the after the first night but after about 3 nights, my hands are in much better shape, moisture wise, then they have been in years. This product will always be in my home.

I tried all kinds of things including sleeping with ointment and white gloves on, with little success. Then I remembered O'Keeffe's and ordered right away. This stuff is amazing. It worked within a few days, my fingers healed and never cracked again. I am SO thrilled with this product. I use it anywhere I have dry skin, even on my face, and it works beautifully. I also use the regular day time cream, equally wonderful.

I picked up O’Keeffe’s Working Hands Hand Cream after hearing it was great for dry, cracked hands. I’ve been struggling with rough skin this winter, so I was hopeful this would be the solution. At first, I liked how thick and creamy it felt—it definitely seemed like it would provide some serious hydration. And to be fair, it does work well enough overnight or when my hands are really dry. But there are a few things that keep me from loving it. The biggest issue is the smell—it’s not exactly pleasant. It’s kind of medicinal and strong, which makes using it throughout the day less appealing. Also, while it does moisturize, it takes a while to fully absorb, leaving my hands feeling greasy for a bit afterward. This isn’t a huge deal if I’m just lounging at home, but it’s annoying when I need to use my hands right away. To be fair, it’s effective for severely dry skin, and it’s reasonably priced for the size. But for everyday use, it’s just okay. If you’re dealing with really bad cracks or dryness, it might be worth trying, but don’t expect it to feel luxurious or smell nice. It gets the job done, but it’s not something I’d repurchase unless I was desperate.

I have a serious issue with dry and cracked hands from washing them all the time (I am in vet med) and my skin refuses to absorb anything that is even a little too thick/rich. I have tried SO MANY LOTIONS but nothing works. I then tried this overnight lotion and DAMN IT'S AMAZING! I've been using it for about 4 years now and have never found anything that works remotely as well. It only takes one night to see some real improvement and when used consistently my hands feel perfect. It's not greasy at all, doesn't create sensory issues when I use it, and fully absorbs by the time I wake up, leaving my hands soft, smooth, and moisturized. It's an excellent hand cream, and I couldn't recommend it more.

I'm very satisfied with the cream. The manufacturer says a little goes a long way, and wow are they spot on. Just a pea-sized amount is more than enough for my average sized hands. The cream is thicker than other brands I've used, but spreads easily over palms and fingers. Once rubbed in, my hands feel as if I have product on them, but not sticky, tacky, or slippery. It's almost a silky cue-chalk type feel, but perhaps even that isn't the best descriptor. Regardless, I don't think I'm trying anything else for the foreseeable future. This is a great night time hand cream with almost no scent and a remarkable impact to my hands and evening regimen. Recommended!

Me parecio un poco caro el producto, pero definitivamente la mejor crema para manos que he usado, sobre todo para aliviar la resequedad extrema en el invierno o por exponer las manos a detergentes o productos que dañan la piel. Es cierto el ¨claim¨ de que actua durante la noche.

Hola , la recomendó la fisioterapeuta , ella la usa en sus manos , porque se le resecan de tanto lavarlas , incluso la aplica a los pacientes en la espalda en caso de que tenga mucha comezón , maravillosa y está hecha en USA
