When I plug in the headset it starts charging and shows it by the lights flashing. During the first week of use I didn’t have any issues and the headset would be fully charged. I’m not sure if keeping it in my bag may have rustled it too much but after the third week when I put the headset in after work, the lights would flash but the next day the headset would only have 3 hours left of talk time. I checked the charging case and it showed that it had a full charge itself.
