Review: Works great! - People here are using it on their skin, it is an oral supplement and has to be sprayed in your mouth and not on skin. It works wonderfully if you have mild sleeplessness and I have corrected my disturbed sleep cycle because of this. It is indeed non-habit forming and the taste is okay too.
