A must try! Healthy alternative.
We like the wholesomeness of this sugar. A bit different from regular or even raw sugar. Like brown sugar but clearly less sweet. That’s not a bad thing. My favorite use is in oatmeal, as the earthy taste is much better that white, or raw sugar. Adding a distinct flavor profile. Use this exactly as you would any other sugar, quite versatile in all sorts of table top uses. A++

I bought this coarse sugar mainly for baking cookies and decorating muffins. So far it has performed exactly as expected. The crystals are large, sparkly, and add a nice crunch. Pros include consistent grain size, clean taste, and good value. It dissolves well when needed and looks great on top of baked goods. Cons are limited resealability and slightly uneven crystals in spots. The bag could be sturdier. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and would buy it again. Perfect for holidays, everyday recipes, and finishing touches on desserts without changing flavor or sweetness levels!

A hard to find item in local stores...most are filled with process dust. This is crisp, clean, and the right color for minimally processed sugar. Great in coffee and baking.
