Highly recommend! *by R***L on May 24, 2018* This is an excellent quality board! I was a little concerned that a 42" board would be too large for me, but my 5'6" 110 pound self can maneuver it just fine! The larger size is great for a beginner like me, because it gives it much more stability. I will be able to enjoy this board when I become more advanced as well. The case it comes in has a liner on the inside to offer a little heat and sun protection (although you should never intentionally leave it in the sun or hot car as it could warp). The pouch on the front of the case is huge! It is holding my fins, fin socks, rash guard, sun screen, water bottle, and if I had snorkelling gear it would hold that too with room to spare! I am very happy with this board, and will try to come back and post pictures in a month or two after it has gotten a bit more use. Highly recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I ordered four. *by S***. on July 6, 2019* I searched Amazon and other sites for boards that were of the same quality as the ones I bought over 30 years ago. The price is over double what I paid then, but I expected that. With proper care these will probably last that long, too. These are a little slicker on the top surface. Some of our younger (child) riders had a little trouble staying centered on the board. Overall, I am very pleased with these boards. I ordered two other brands before I found these. I looked online for review and the Thurso 42" board was recommended as a great bodyboard for beginner.After using the 2 boards side-by-side, the Thurso bodyboard is definitely superior in these ways:- It gives a more stable ride- It is constructed with a better foam material that feels softer on my chest- The coiled strap is better than the cheaper strap on the CBC board.
