The T8 stripped out the second time I used it, funny enough, on a Kershaw branded knife. I liked the old Kershaw Torx tool a lot better but I misplaced it and bought this as a replacement. All in all, it's fine for light use and novice knife owners but if you want something that will last, get a dedicated torx kit.EDIT : Also note, the original Kershaw Torx kit had standard sized bits which allowed you to use them in other driver handles. These are way thinner and seem to only fit this tube. It definitely cuts down on the usefulness of this tool. I'd recommend getting the Wiha Torx bit kit and a nice driver handle for only a little bit more that will last a lot longer. You don't need a substantial handle because you don't want to or need to put too much torque on knives, but for breaking loctited screws (after heating it up of course) it is very helpful. ### ⭐⭐ I love the concept *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 23, 2017* I love the concept, but the bits are very cheap. They get deformed very easily. Since they are non-standard sized bits, once you tweak them the whole tool is basically shot, as there is no easy way to get replacements. I'd pay double the price if they offered hardened bits that would stand up to normal use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lots of crap reviews, but the deal was sound and I ... *by T***I on Reviewed in the United States on May 7, 2018* Lots of crap reviews, but the deal was sound and I mostly bought it for the handle as it looked small and had bit storage.The handle is awesome, its only 4 inches long and a little thicker than a sharpie, so very easy to carry in a pocket. I used the T6 for an example vs an iFixit bit, my old Byrd folder was the test as I know it had never been torn down. The bit is actually tighter than the iFixit equiv, I cant speak for the comparisons of Naunch and Wiha but I can say they are serviceable. SO YES - it takes standard mini bits available from a number of high quality sources once these die.An added bonus, they added an O-Ring to the bottom of the threads for the bit cavity, so not only does it prevent losing the cap, but its waterproof (I tested this personally since its not documented anywhere).
