It came very neatly packaged in a box.Notes:-it needs some basic assembly (see before and after pictures) but it comes with instructions and was very easy to assemble. All those hours of assembling IKEA furniture paid off :)-only works if you use BOTH suction cups at same time (otherwise there's no seal since it uses single suction for both cups). So if for whatever reason you want to use on only one breast only, it doesn't work that way.I'm impressed with the overall build quality of this, and expect it to last a long time (hopefully!). It feels sturdy and well designed. The mode is pretty easy to set up as well, just remember that there's a ramp up period that you can disable if you'd like to keep it at one setting. The suction is nice... the modes variation is at low settings it'll do quick short pumps while at high settings it'll do longer slower pumps. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best pump ever! *by T***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 31, 2019* This is my third pregnancy. I used the Medela’s for the first 2 was never satisfied with two of those models. So I bought the Baby Buddha for this go around. Great pump as far as hands free, being able move around freely. Unfortunately the suction on the lowest setting was way to painful. Which led me to buying Elebebe. This pump is awesome the massage setting plus the multiple levels of suction has made my life so much easier. No more pain when pumping and I was able to attach the freebie closed system cups to it as well. I love how the pump increases its strength step by step, automatically. It starts slow and then progresses to a deeper suction. You can manually adjust this to what is best for you as well. I loved that it didn't hurt to use and that I always had that option to change the levels, if I wanted to. You can also pump on just one side, if you prefer. The pump is not complicated to use and easy to clean.
