Easy to recharge , I've not washed it yet, so i'm not sure how it will fair, but it's nice quality. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Short battery life on light *by A***R on 20 February 2024* The band is comfortable to wear, it offers a great compromise on keeping ears warm, but not making your head too hot. The design is clever enough, that no disposable batteries are required, and the light's charging port, can be slotted into any usb, for a quick charge up. What I found disappointing, is how long the light lasted. One dog walk! The predicted duration for how long it could last, were based on lower power levels, yet it wouldn't be much use on a dark night, on the lower settings. On full power the light is sufficient, yet it's not always possible to direct the light down onto the ground, where you might need it, as the LEDs just point directly forward. I had to adjust the head band lower on my forehead, (which was less comfortable), to ensure I could see where I was treading. That said, this is more comfortable than a basic head light, and less cumbersome than a hat. A few design tweaks; longer battery life, angled leds; would provide a better product. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either.
