I was interested in using it while I ride my commuter bike. Turned out to be truly amazing. People notice this showstopper from a distance. Even car drivers stop to ask what bag is this and how it works. I feel much safer when it's on.I'm super picky about bags. And have a variety for a different purpose. This one is my favorite. Size, weight, functionality, pockets, compartment β€” it's perfect. I use it as my daily commuter backpack. It has two big compartments, six pockets, and a keyring band. Fits perfectly my 15-inch Macbook, iPad, a couple of phones, a big bottle of water, a notebook, battery-pack, dozens of small things like glasses, and airpods. And there's even a space for a jacket. Keeps perfect shape when loaded for no more than 80%. A hidden pocket on a lower back is an excellent place for a phone and wallet. You can also open it almost 90 degrees if you need easy access for small pockets at the bottom.The colors are much more vibrant than they look at photos. I've bought 3 from the actual Pix site and 1 from Amazon and he one from Pix took 3 to 5 weeks and the one from Amazon took 3 days and there is no difference. As for their customer service I have received no response to this day and it's been over 4 months since my first Pic purchase for my youngest daughter. Fingers crossed they get everything working and send updates because it really is a great concept. Thousands of people see me and my family wear ours a daily and I really want to be able to give a better review especially when we are on our day-cations here in Vegas. Great for Tourists, school, biking, me caring this instead of a purse, hiking, amusement parks and anything with a group you try to keep together. For the rest I just love it, and is cool to be used both in the day and in the night.
