Im not sure what you mean by "Extra Things" but it doesnt require a external amplifier if thats what you are asking **Q: Will this work with a VoIP system?** A: You will need an ATA (Analog Telephone adapter) Such as a Cisco spa112. You are better off getting a Snom pa1 which does paging and ringing built in for VOIP **Q: Can this be used to add into an existing multi line analog phone system with a unused line for the purpose of making announcements into an auto shop?** A: Yes **Q: Does this have a horn with it** A: Yes.
