Could not be more disappointed in the quality of this crossbody. It is the cheapest "vegan leather" out there. I will be returning. Very disappointing as this was on Oprah's favorite things and was hoping for the quality she typically endorses.

I wanted to like this because it’s vegan leather. But it’s too big, clumsy, and my iPhone XS fit in so tightly that taking it in and out was a hassle.

I wanted to love this too, but this purse is nothing special. My phone is a struggle to pull out it’s not glossy like the photo and it’s very loose and plastic feeling. I usually order Oprah’s recommendations but this just missed the mark. Returning immediately
