Some pros of this specific bottle: - The measurements on the side is useful and convenient - The red cap clicks onto the tip and prevents spillage - It's microwave-safe for how I used it (i.e. heat it for about 30 secs or less to warm up/liquify the oils) Other than that, the only thing you need to know is that you need to pierce a hole through the tip of the bottle with a sharp and skinny tool. I nortmally would pour the oils straight from the bottle onto my scalp, and would get so annoyed that it oozed all over and I wasted my not-cheap-at-all oil! Bc I would rather have to go back and apply more, than the oil coming out too fast and not being evenly spread. The top screws shut and nothing gets out. Doesn't leak. I use mine with oil for my hair. The only part I didnt like was the fact it took a little work to cut the top and its a.bit of a jagged edge when you do, so take sandpaper to the top to sand out the ragged edge. That can snag your hair which makes it a little harder to oil my scalp.
