I love being able to carry it with one hand, and the flexibility is great. The only problem is that the blue handle grippers tend to come apart and require re-attaching (which is not hard). I flipped one of them around so that they fit together better, which seems to help; e.g. instead of them being opposed in shape, like (), they fit together, like )). This is much better than the rigid, rectangular laundry basket I've been using.
