Review: Great Value - I had originally purchased a Cross Coventry pen elsewhere for £25 but this is a light version of the next model up, the Bailey. Comparatively, really good value for money, finished in a nice grey colour. A bonus is that it also takes standard Cross refills, so why pay extra? With this you get a decent pen at a very good price and with the Cross refills it'll write as well as more expensive Cross pens. Also worth noting that this pen comes with a fine refill installed as standard rather than the usual medium refill. Similar in thickness to a Pentel 0.5mm so I'd say around 0.3mm line thickness. Not as black as the Pentel ink but rollerballs are usually always darker. This Cross ballpen is better suited to taking notes. No extra refills supplied, just the one it comes with but still very good value. Recommended.

**Q: How do you change refill the ink cartridge for the ballpoints on the light edition**
A: Gently pull off the top and the refill unscrews from the barrel of the pen.  Replace and make sure the refill comes out the bottom by testing the twist.  Gently press the top back on the barrel of the pen.  Good to go.

**Q: are all of this cap removal? or is there one you roll up or down?**
A: This specific model is with cap removal

**Q: Ink color**
A: Black ink

**Q: Does Cross still make a ball point pen with a Silicone Grip on the barrel?**
A: I bought a rollerball pen, 6 months ago, so do not know the answer to your question.  I don't see anything on the barrel of my pen that might be a silicone grip, but it isn't a ballpoint.
