Doesn't come with remote, receiver, ESC, motor, servo, battery, nor charger. Also body panels will need to be painted. The ARTR is the pre-assembled version of this with pre-painted body panels--still no electronics/battery/etc. **Q: in this kit are the shocks red or black?** A: The one i resived was Red. **Q: is the frame metal?** A: No, the frame is plastic with some aluminum parts **Q: This is waterproof?** A: This is a kit, and includes no electronics. You'll need to choose waterproof components to finish it. There is a lot of room for customizing it to your desire. My advice would be to get the stainless screw kit, and use them instead of the screws that come with it.
