When my child unpackaged the toy, installed the batteries, charged the device, the vehicle's wheels only worked on one side. I contacted the manufacturer many times, and after several weeks they responded. Here's what they finally wrote: "Thanks for getting back to me. In this case, I think the easiest option would be to take the device back to Toys R' Us (is this where you purchased it from?) for an exchange. I'm sorry I cannot help you further on this occasion." Toys R' Us will not accept the return after being unpackaged for so long (since Christmas) as we waited for a response from EyeSpy Toys.
