Great service too, needed a document for insurance and the guys responded immediately with what i needed, would def buy from them again and love HTC! ### ⭐ Worst phone in history *by A***S on 18 December 2017* Worst phone in history. It has a well known issue that at 20% it will shut off and within 6 months it goes down to 40% it will suddenly shut off. Look on reddit reviews it is well known. I contacted HTC they will not replace the battery even within a few months of buying it showed issues.The lens cover was plastic not glass so you had to get it changed. Then the internal!! wow they installed a news app that I have so far disabled 13 times and it KEEPS coming back. Look at the peel remote that they sold off and it now does full screen adverts saying I have a virus!! They also admitted to that and said on twitter "just disable it" except it keeps re enabling itself.
