The first product I received had a defect, it looked like an insect had been melted into the plastic. It did not affect the functionality at all, but I contacted the seller and they shipped out a replacement immediately, without requiring me to go through the returns process.It does come rolled up and it will take some time to flatten out. I laid heavy books on it and after a few days it was fine. Still a little wavy but with more time I’m sure it will be totally flat.
