Great crossfit tape.
Tried several similar products. This one has great stretch and is easy to remove. Other products are hard to remove and usually have to be cut off.

Best thumb tape
I go through about three rolls of thumb tape every 8 weeks and bear komplex is my go to. Itโs stretchy, sticky, and provides a nice boost of grip. Itโs the perfect option for barbell work.

Best tape on the planet
I loved how the tape came in a nice bearkomplex box that had all the tape individually wrapped. I knew bearkomplex had the best grips on the planet so when they came out with tape I had to try it out! All I can say is they have the best tape on the planet! Very tacky, light weight, does not cut off circulation to your fingers when use it and it. It can be hand torn so no need to grab scissors or a friend to help you apply the tape!

Best thumb tape
This thumb tape sticks to well to itself and makes a secure hold on my thumbs. It doesnโt slip or slide off even when my hands are super sweaty and using hook grip for various lifts and workouts.

Horrible Quality
This tape is awful ! Literally came off during my workout that included hang dumbbell snatches on a crossfit WOD - it dies not stay on !! quality is horrendous!

Great for olympic weightlifting & crossfit
I do Crossfit and as part of also Olympic Weightlifting. The Bear Complex tape is the best I have used so far. Its width and rough texture makes it ideal for lifts that require 'hook grip'. Even ordering from the US, the package arrived within 2 weeks without any problem in perfect condition.
