**Q: Why does this product have glycerin and not just water?**
A: Glycerin is required in a Zinc liquid as a proper stabilizer for the product, to ensure potency and shelf life. If it was removed the product could be prone to breakdown and not be as potent or maintain its shelf life.

**Q: Is sugar added to it to make it taste sweet?**
A: No, we would never add artificial sugars to our products. It's naturally sweetened by the glycerine. Only what you see of the supplement facts label is what's in the product.

**Q: Can I mix the Nettle with other supplements?**

I take this daily do to IBS/colitis. Since taking it I've been able to eat out and not have to worry about having to go to the restroom immediately after eating. I'm 67, female and this product is a life changer. I can go on road trips and not worry. I'm sure there are other benefits but my main one was my gut. I feel normal again. I've been taking this for about 9 months and it started working within a good week or so. For me it's a win win.
