I pre-measured and decided that it *should* fit perfectly. We took delivery and it sat in boxes for well over a month before we could get it up there and set it up.Without even opening it, I could tell this was a quality, solid piece of furniture. It is HEAVY, and it was packaged for shipping very well - all boxes had reinforced corners / edges to prevent crushing.After finally getting it to where it was going to be set up, I carefully unboxed and inspected each piece. Everything was in perfect condition. I should tell you, because this set is so heavy, I would recommend that you set it up with one other person. I did it on my own and had no issues, so it is possible to do, but probably not recommended.Assembly of the set was SUPER EASY. I couldn't believe how easy they made it. One kind of bolt for every piece, and you don't need any additional tools. Just use the included Allen wrench. This made hardware management a breeze, and ensured no issues by mistakenly using wrong hardware in the wrong areas. Once I got into a flow, I had the entire thing unboxed, built and set up within just over an hour. I've put together much smaller pieces that took longer because of the cheap materials and millions of different bolts and screws... not this one, this was simple. Even the storage benches are pre-built, so you don't have to mess with hinges and other hardware to get them together.Finally, it DID fit perfectly, and is the focal point when you walk in from outside and into our kitchen. We recently had friends over that complimented the table as we ate lunch around it. There's plenty of seating, it's super high quality, and the table looks like it was custom built for the space.I couldn't recommend this set more. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You can order great furniture online! *by E***S on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on March 15, 2022* I was a bit apprehensive about ordering a large piece of furniture online- you know- actual size, color, feel, sturdiness etc. But it all worked out. We love everything about it. There was a minor imperfection on it however. We contacted the company through Amazon and they shipped us a replacement part as soon it was available. I highly recommend buying from this company. Thanks Joe! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Paint *by V***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 1, 2021* We love love our new table but the paint job was a little poor. We have spots where we can see finger prints like big finger prints the good thing was they all ended up in places like under the table or bench so you can see them so thats why I didnt bother to send it back. I have one chair that has a black finger print that you can clearly see but I also plan on buying cushins so it will also be covered.
