I believe it was 1 pound of chicken 2 onions 6 tomatoes and then 15 grams of the curry mixture. Fry the onions till golden after chopping them add tomatoes and Cook down for a few minutes (also chopped) then add the curry powder and red pepper flakes to your liking stir frying these for a few minutes then add chicken and stir fry for 10 minutes until browned. Add yogurt or 1 can of coconut milk and then bring to simmer for 40 minutes lid on. Reduce to liking.
