Thankfully I found one guy who posted a YouTube video on the module. I never even thought that it would be that little black box causing the issue. Took me 5 minutes to replace the box like for like. But here is what you need to do if your fireplace doesn’t respond. We don’t use a wall switch, our has a remote. After replacing the module you need to sync your remote to the new module. There is a YouTube video on that as well. I searched syncing Heat and Glo remote to a new module. Gas fireplace is back on working like it should.
