However, I need to mention it was nice to have support around your belly when you have a jiggly postpartum belly. my abdomen area is generally quite cold and I have noticed with this belt my abdomen area was able to keep the warmth.(2) With this slightly elevated temperature at my abdomen, I felt that I have sweat little more than usual. If you are actually working out with this band, I'm sure you will experience more sweat than usual. For my usage, I was able to feel the sweat but not to the point gushing out. I'm just trying to cautious with the working out at this point because of the pains I'm experiencing af.ter giving a birth** So far, this product served its purpose. I'm planning to use this product 2 wks in a row and see the differences. I have used a belt like this (from Gold's gym I think) that i thought was OK but having this now makes it look really flimsy and cheap! This has a secure pocket for cellphone/keys (or anything else) with a cover.I am wearing it during my evening walk and it keeps me hands free. Im using a hot cream also to help reduce size in waist. It's a little difficult for me to put on myself because I want it really tight so my husband helps. But as you can see in the photos, you can't tell you have it on under your clothes.
