I don't know if it's this type of box, or all of them now, but about half of these end up with the numbers being very fidgety about their position and/or difficult to open. I have broken a nail more than once trying to open a sticky door. Never mind the fact that a lot of my clients that need to use these are older, and they report having problems opening it, resulting in my having to switch out their box....and then hoping the difficult box ends up with a younger, stronger person without long fingernails!While the front-loaders ARE more convenient to retrieve the key from, they are NOT easier to close. It is very easy for the key to get caught somewhere so the door can't close. And actually, a few times I HAVE had a problem opening the box where the key gets stuck in the bottom hinge area and the door won't open. This even bent & ruined a key once when one of my workers tried to force the door open!Not to mentioned, these could stand to be wiped down where they are made, as they come with grease all over the moving parts- yuck. If you want to buy this brand, don't buy these, get the side loading ones.Also- What's with the number '2' being a letter 'Z' ?!
