Is everything in this game appropriate for 8-10 year olds?

Yes... I have an eight & ten year old and this is there favorite game. We change some of the things to make it easier for them. The name a famous person card we let them say movie/tv characters. It is only inappropriate if what you do or say is. The cards are completely appropriate.

would 15 year old boys find this too boring?

I think they would totally enjoy it. Our 13 year old grandson had lots of fun, especially making up stuff to make others look silly!

Can a 5-year old play this?

A 5 year old would need help from others but could get the hang of it if helped along.

Can you play with more then 10 people?

There wouldn’t be enough cards, you could combine two decks and there would be. Also I think it would get kind of slow waiting for 10 people to play.
