The Secret Box by Magic Makers - Amazing Magic Trick

It's not quite what I expected from the posted video, but after receiving now it's pretty obvious as to how the effect works (funny how getting your hands on it and the instructions will do that eh?). Overall simple yet fun effect. I've been slowly adding to my bag of tricks that my wife makes me perform at events to keep from doing the same stuff over and over. This is laughably easy to perform and only requires a minor sleight, which I'm not even sure if I'd call it a sleight. When I had my store I bet I would have sold a lot of these as most kids around 6 or 7 years old could perform this with just a bit of practice. It's not a kids only trick as I intend to work it into my act as well. I can already tell I plan to add a coin vanish and have it magically pop inside the canister type of patter, then when they check it's gone, then back, then gone again and they can examine the container... then have it appear somewhere random (even better if you can sneak a matching coin into their purse or similar when they aren't looking. Seller also sent a few extra perks along with it which was much appreciated. For the price this is silly not to buy whether it be for a youngin, older newbie who just likes magic and doesn't know how to do any, all the way up to someone who has been doing magic for ages.

It works well. to do is well takes a little practice. The written instructions are not entirely clear but they include a url to watch the trick preformed and then learning videos that show clearly how to preform the trick. The videos are great and include several ways to preform the trick. The best part was the 3 bonus tricks Magic Maker through in for free. I am using these to entertain my grandkids and will order more from Magic Maker.

The box is brilliant. Even though it is extremely simple, it is smart. The problem is that the glass panel was dirty when I got it. Thankfully, it had TWO panels. The other one is fine. Overall, it's a great toy.

It's okay. I get the whole premise of the trick, but it takes a bit to learn the slight of hand to pull it off without making it obvious what's going on to the observers. Kids like it, but have a difficult time doing it because it requires a little bit of practice in the slight of hand to conceal the magic behind the trick. It's cool, but just a little beyond basic if you do the trick exactly as described.

This item is fantastic. You can use this to make a coin, ring, marble, pebble or any other hard object (that can fit inside) Vanish. Imagine taking a quarter with the participants initials written with a marker on it, place it into the box, put the lid on, shake it and with a magical gesture..... you open the box and reveal it has vanished....only to reappear somewhere else. The instructions may be a little dry and not very creative which puts the focus on the box and turns it into a puzzle to be solved. However, with a little creativity and a little sleight of hand, you can create something impossible, magical and take the focus off of the secret box.

This trick box is awesome! I've fooled som many people with it already. Simple and easy gimmick, yet mysterious and baffling to anyone who does not know how it's done.

I’ve been doing Magic for over 40 years and this is probably one of my favorite tricks. The fact is that the trick takes very little practice to learn and it is a real fooler. This is one of those tricks that is so good I will perform it just for myself because it’s that amazing. In no time you’ll be fooling your friends with this amazing trick. It also comes with spare parts just in case you lose one or scratch it. This is another great trick from Magic Makers.

Great little trick but the price companies charge for some things, and they wonder why magic is dieing
