This book has tons of beneficial info for essential oils. I use Doterra oils and follow the info in this book. This edition is better than the newer ones. There’s tons of good info in here!

Well organized, you can access the information you need in several different ways whether you are looking for the uses and benefits of an oil or for the remedy recommendations for a certain ailment. Very thorough in it's coverage and a delight to read as your discover the myriad benefits of oils.
