Well I finally decided to buy another one and this one is better than the first one I bought. This pillow is very resilient, super soft, and doesn't get hot overnight. I am a hot sleeper so I need bedding that doesn't hold body heat in and this pillow helps me sleep through the night without waking up overheated. There is plenty of material inside to fluff the pillow up for all types of sleep positions. If it's too much for your personal sleep style, just empty some out; really not that complicated. The pillow arrives in its own washable pillowcase that's 60% polyester, 40% viscose fiber (via bamboo). It was so flat that I wondered if I'd bought the wrong one. If I look at both pillows they are comparatively different. One definitely has more fill and is more supportive. Also, these are not cooling pillows as the manufacturer claims. It's a comfortable pillow but doesn't offer as much support as the first one I bought.
