A: You have to buy the cones that have the hole in the bottom to allow the smoke to flow.

**Q: How do you get the smoke to run down?**
A: When you light the incense cone, smoke automatically cascades.

**Q: can you use incense stick**
A: Yes! You are able to just use an incense stick in the hole provided, however it won’t have any waterfall effect,  this only comes with backflip special cones

**Q: What colour is this?**
A: The top half is a shiny blue, and the bottom half is a matte brown. The contrast goes very well together

Arrived right on time. Item absolutely perfect, looked even better than in the pictures. Excellent value for money. Its fascinating to see it working, and the smell from the cone was sublime. It's a very pretty incense burner and the backflow works nicely. It was also larger than I was expecting which was a pleasant surprise. However, the incense supplied with it doesn't last long - maybe 5-10 minutes, and it requires very still air in the room to get the full effect of the 'waterfall' (if you walk past then the smoke will go everywhere).
