I've found that I can fit 3 bags comfortably if I fold them and roll them up tightly, and 4 bags if I pack it to bursting. The pouch is definitely on the small side, so don't think you'll be able to fit a car key and a few house keys and some dog bags. It's a tight squeeze, but it's perfect for my needs. The collar's been through heavy use running and hiking in the parks, and going in and out of rivers. It can be a little hard to get clean since the zippered pouch isn't removable, but it does slide around so you can clean underneath and keep sliding it around as you clean. I wash mine out every now and then, and have been using it for more than a year and the colors aren't as vibrant but it's in great shape. My only complaint is that I wish there were other logo designs besides the bright, colorful butterfly. It didn't last very long though. The buckle split in half only after 2 months of wearing it. Also - after a few dunks in the water, it formed a funky smell.
