However, I did have to order a condensation pump to get it to drain properly. I would highly recommend getting a pump if you don't have a drain in your floor or below your drain line. Update!! We have now had this machine for 2.5 years. We have LOTS of rust in our well water, so we do have to descale and clean often, but it's still going strong!!!
