This screen gives us a perfect thin crust everytime. I haven't tried to make a thick crust on it yet. And it's nice because you don't have to try to slide the raw pizza onto a stone of off it when it's done. We need the stone to stay hot for the next pie. With this screen, just put the rolled out dough onto it, apply sauce and toppings, and put the whole thing in the oven.
