This planner has ALL of this drawn out int he pages. I love the time break down for each day, and the AM/PM planning spaces. I also love the monthly goal setting! At first, I never thought I would use it, but found it to be a great way to monitor my own progress. On top of the great organization and breakdown of the months, it is a durable product. I was worried about the tabs bending, or the cover ripping off, but this is in no way the case. I carry this book everywhere with me throughout the day and it hasn't shown much ware and tare. It is everything that I wanted in a planner. I also like how it covers planning for the far future, going into months for over 2 years!
