Can you engrave these cups

They are made of 18/8 stainless steel, which can be laser engraved with the right equipment AFAIK.

Is it really only 5 inches tall by 3 inches wide? That seems super small...

They are indeed 5" tall. The base is 3" and the top is 3.5". They certainly don't look small next to other glasses meant for standard cocktails. They hold about 12 oz (350 ml) when filled to the brim, which is as much as an old fashioned glass.

Can this be used as a regular water cup?

Absolutely. Just a nice cup. I used it as prize for a game at a Kentucky Derby party.

Where are they manufactured?

I don't know- it should say on the item description, though.
