I've been using the Yaheetech Adjustable Dumbbells Weight Set for a few weeks now, and overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase. This set is fantastic for home gym strength training, offering a versatile range of weights (44LB/66LB) suitable for both women and men. The adjustable feature allows me to quickly switch between different weights, making my workouts more efficient. The dumbbells are solidly built, and the four spinlock collars ensure the weights stay securely in place during my exercises. I appreciate the convenience and functionality they bring to my fitness routine. Whether I'm doing curls, presses, or rows, these dumbbells have been reliable and effective. However, there is one minor drawback that I need to mention—the dumbbells had a weird smell when I first unpacked them. It was quite strong and took a few days to dissipate. While it didn't affect the performance of the weights, it was a bit off-putting initially. Thankfully, airing them out in a well-ventilated area seemed to do the trick. Despite the initial smell, the Yaheetech Adjustable Dumbbells are a great addition to my home gym. They offer excellent value for the price, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a versatile and sturdy weight set. Four stars!

Inexpensive weights that got me through 5 months without a gym. The feel, quality, and comfort all are fine. The grip is non-slip, but not too rough; the add-a-weight discs are plastic with sand inside, but they add/remove easily enough to create almost any weight needed between 5 and 33 lbs. They are not exceptional or unexceptional in any way- they get the job done. If you're someone who needs a set of professional 2.5lb/5lb incremented weights, this isn't for you. But this is an inexpensive and perfectly acceptable compact home gym solution for anyone else.

Value, quality, color and feel/use of that head weights is actually nice. Great gripping when you use. Don’t hurt your hands. Easy to store, don’t take up a lot of room. Gets the job done! Easy on and off of weights.

These dumbbells are decent. They are affordable. Pro is that they are adjustable. Major con for me, and the reason I will be selling them, they are awkward and cumbersome to use in a smaller setting. The handle is way too long and it makes it awkward to hold and use when you are trying to do longer flys in a smaller space. When you have a lot of weight on one bar , the dumbbell becomes unhandy. I have to replace them with a more contained design in order to do certain workouts. Overall they are good for shoulder workouts and biceps. Hard to use on triceps. Fine for back , but very difficult to use for chest presses or flys, or anything with more than 25lbs per bar as it becomes tricky to maintain form and handling.

These are a great, simple solution for home gyms with limited space/budget. They appear to be a great quality and after a year or two of owning these, they are still working perfectly even though I'm constantly swapping out plates to adjust the weight. One thing to note with these kinds of designs (rather than buying a set of dedicated dumbells) is they can get quite bulky, so they may be wider than what you're used to using at a commercial gym and they can sometimes bump into each other, eg at the top of a shoulder press. Not make or break for me considering my budget and space in my home gym, these are otherwise perfect. This is just the tradeoff you make with the flexibility of having adjustable weight in a single pair of dumbells. Go for it!

Very durable, easy to adjust the weight you want to work with.

I have used these dumbbells for the last few months and I am satisfied with the order however the spin locks are not very secure. They were loosening from the first use. Not a back breaker in terms of my overall opinion of the product but it is a little annoying to have to tighten it up after every set. Other than that a solid set of dumbbells for those with limited amount of space.

Really sturdy . The box came with a bag with all the weights in it. Can’t complain feels like the normal dumbbell weights you’d use at the gym . Also quiet if ever you accidentally drop them .

Put silicon spray on the rack or the plates get stuck
